My mission is to help people change their lives by instilling in them a love for fitness through fun and motivating workouts. When clients enjoy working out, it will become something they look forward to. It will push them to successfully reach their fitness goals.
For 20 years, yoga has been what keeps me healthiest; physically, mentally, and spiritually, and the more I connect with people, the greater my passion is to give the gift of yoga to others. At Xtreme Pulse Fitness, you can expect my classes to be inclusive of everybody. Come with an open mind and heart and I’ll take care of teaching you healthy alignment, breath and movement. This is not “look what I can do” yoga. This is “look how I can feel” yoga and we can’t wait for you to experience that with us.
