Our mission is to help people change their lives by instilling in them a love for fitness through fun and motivating workouts. When clients enjoy working out, it will become something they look forward to. We have something for everyone, everywhere.
We are a local small fitness studio based out of Norwalk, located right off exit 16. Classes are for all fitness levels, where you will push, pull, sweat, and burn your way to a healthier you! There is truly something for everyone at XPF! You can choose to workout privately, with a group, outdoors, at home or anywhere you have an internet connection via zoom.
Live Online Fitness Burnout Classes
Are a 30 to 45 minute live online workout from the comfort of your home or anywhere you have a good internet connection. Each class is focused on full body with a balance of cardio and weight training that will raise your pulse to the xtreme. Classes are 30 minutes long with an optional 5-to-15-minute bonus challenge. You can choose to do 30 minutes or stay on for the bonus challenge. Choose from over 50 live online fitness classes a month.
XtremeMile Workout
is a full body workout combined with a short distance loop. Loops will have over 70, full body, reps vary in distance depending on the location. You can walk, jog, or run the loops, depending on your fitness level. Each 45 minutes session is designed to move you out your comfort zone and help reach your fitness goal. This unique workout is unlike any group fitness classes you have seen. Come check it out and see for yourself no matter your fitness level. (Weather permitting)
In-Person Fitness Burnout Classes
Are Live Online Fitness Burnout Classes that we stream from outdoor locations. Classes are the same as my online class with a twist. We take advantage of the environment and mix in stairs, hills or running. You also have the option to just do the online class outdoors.
Private Individual Training Session
Are individual in-person training sessions at our studio. You can choose to train alone or with a friend. Our studio is private so there will not be any one else training during your session.

Small Group in-person training sessions are 30 minute in-person session with up to 1 of your friends in the class. Sessions are at the studio and can move outdoors at your request. Each session is focused on full body movements with a balance of cardio and weight training, that will help you reach your fitness goals. Training with a friend will be great to help motivate each other and save money by splitting the cost of the private sessions.
